Nothing in this blog can be believed. If you think that anything in this blog is true or factual, you'll need to verify it from another source. Do you understand? No? Then read it again, and repeat this process, until you understand that you cannot sue me for anything you read here. Also, having been sucked into taking part in the mass-murder of more than 3 million Vietnamese people on behalf of U.S. Big Business "interests", I'm as mad as a cut snake (and broke) so it might be a bit silly to try to sue me anyway...

emotional correctness...

Help me out here, guys... Is anger the same as hate? Yeah, I've still got an issue with this. My problem is that I think that anger and hate carry different baggage.

In other words, hate is evil but anger is an acceptable response (not necessarily enlightened, but permissible.) So what gives? I need to know.

Gerry, you're right. Anger and hatred are two distinct emotions. The two get confused becuase there are times when anger leads to hatred. Also, sometimes hated can lead to anger. Personally, I carry a hatred for George W. Bush, but I'm not ALWAYS angry at him (just most of the time).

A Reiki master once suggested we say this to ourselves every day: "Just for today I will not anger."

But, hey, it's not easy...

I agree also. I think hatred and anger are two different things. I can be angry at someone and not hate them. I can be angry at someone and still love them even.
