Well, actually there is a wee bit of a difference...
Richard went Crusading himself. He went into battle with his troops. He risked his sorry ass in a big way. He personally took part in the battles.
These Three Amigos? These wannabe modern Crusaders? Oh, they sneak into Baghdad, like thieves, in the dead of night on top secret flights, do their dirty deeds, and then sneak back out again, under equal secrecy. Not until they're back on safe ground are the media images of these "brave leaders" released.
Their subjects swoon with admiration...
Pass me that bucket please...

That should boost the desertion rate and wipe out recruiting.
At the risk of being shot down in flames, I admired the butcher of Baghdad when he stood up in court and did his Mea Culpa.("I alone am responsible for these deaths"). He showed a helluva lot more honour and dignity than our our lying, cheating, teflon encrusted cowardly poor excuses for leaders that we currently suffer.
Ahhh... It's so good to see that this blog is still a major, major chick magnet... Hush, my gibbering libido...

Link, yes, I too will risk the wrath of our new sedition laws and go on the record to say that Saddam has more integirity than the combined integrity of the Three Amigos. Those lying, obfuscating, oil-thieving, mass-murdering bastards!
Love the cartoon especially the eyebrows of doom but he missed giving him a forked tongue.
