Nothing in this blog can be believed. If you think that anything in this blog is true or factual, you'll need to verify it from another source. Do you understand? No? Then read it again, and repeat this process, until you understand that you cannot sue me for anything you read here. Also, having been sucked into taking part in the mass-murder of more than 3 million Vietnamese people on behalf of U.S. Big Business "interests", I'm as mad as a cut snake (and broke) so it might be a bit silly to try to sue me anyway...

globalisation 101...

There's a nice little article here if you want a beginner's guide to globalisation.

OK, so let's see if I got it right...

When globalisation tilts the playing field in America's favour it's a good idea, when it tilts in favour of other countries it's a bad idea... Is that about it?

"Free trade" is good when it's in America's (business) interests and it's bad if it's not in America's (business) interests. Is that about it?

Nothing wrong with American thinking, is there...

Muppetlord, they LOVE competition. Competition is all about winning, not how you play the game. Fair play? Bwahahaha... Not where money is concerned... In sports you have umpires, in capitalism appoint your own corrupt umpires. Capitalism cannot imagine a world with no corruption becasue essentially capitalism is corruption. Why? Because it's driven by the basest, not noblest, of interests.
