Nothing in this blog can be believed. If you think that anything in this blog is true or factual, you'll need to verify it from another source. Do you understand? No? Then read it again, and repeat this process, until you understand that you cannot sue me for anything you read here. Also, having been sucked into taking part in the mass-murder of more than 3 million Vietnamese people on behalf of U.S. Big Business "interests", I'm as mad as a cut snake (and broke) so it might be a bit silly to try to sue me anyway...

dang my yang...

The following comment was detected in the blogoshere: "The world has had quite enough yang energy, war, rape, violence, etcetra."

Bollocks.

Last time I searched the internet, yang energy was defined something like this: "The Yang energy is masculine in nature and is described as light, dry, directed, focused, logical, and action oriented."

Of course Jesus, Ghandi, King, and Chavez were all yinnified woosses, right?

Yeah... And then there were Boudicca, Golda Meir, Margaret Thatcher and Ann Coulter...

Well, dang my yang!

Fishy fishy fishy. Come here little fishy. (So I can tear you fin from fin, as is my greatest joy'o joys).

Bollocks gerry.

War, rape and violence are fairly uniquely male pursuits, ie male meaning, masculine in nature I'd hazard a guess this really does ring true, aside of course from the FOUR women you mention.

I came across an interesting take (you may like to seriously consider) on the siduasion we face, by some sad sod, who tried to argue that it was actually women who were to blame for the state of the planet wars etctera because . . . get this, they demanded to shop and poor humble innocent and kindly men were simply and innocently defending a women's right to buy stuff.

Jingle bells jingle bells riding through the snow oh what fun . .

Jesus and Ghandi, (no idea about the other two), were not yinnified woosses but balanced individuals which means (maybe) there's hope for arseholes yet.

You will hopefully note before you get stuck into me and I end up on the wet end of much bear bile, that nowhere have I accused you of being such.

And credit where credit's due gerry. "The following comment was written by Link (somewhere in the blogosphere)."

Dang your yang alright.

Is this more vilificatious crap, Link, or have I got it wrong (again)?

Nice the way you wedged rape in there, Link. I agree that rape is predominantly a male thing. I would also like to stress that THE VAST MAJORITY of males do NOT rape any women at all. You can stick your misandristic hyperbole where it best fits, Link, I'm not in the mood for that this week. Your problems with men are your problems. Leave me out of it please.

As far as the other two crimes (war and violence) are concerned, and your swipe at the fact that I only named four women, let me point out that three of those four were leaders of their people and VERY warlike indeed. Could you perhaps point me towards women who were leaders of their people and renowned pacifists? D'oh, my point was that I can only think of three major female leaders of peoples, and all three of them were war-mongering "arseholes" (to borrow your term).

Jesus and Ghandi, (no idea about the other two), were not yinnified woosses but balanced individuals which means (maybe) there's hope for arseholes yet.

If you'd bothered to use the links I provided, Link, you'd know a fair bit about "the other two", but no doubt, having deduced they are probably males, you couldn't be bothered wasting your time looking up such "arseholes", eh?

I assume you've suffered heaps at the hands of men, but I REFUSE to let you off the hook about your vilificatious generalisations about men.

How about you start taking responsibility for your own seriously flawed criteria for chosing the male partners you did. I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THAT!!! WHY DO I KEEP GETTING CREAMED BY YOUR MISANDRISTIC GENERALISATIONS, LINK!

Yes, it's ok for me to shout on my own blog....

nowhere have I accused you of being such.

Bollocks!!! I am a male. When you spary your vilificatious generalisations all over the place about what it is to be a male, you cannot hide behind such a flimsy attempt at an escape clause. You'll need to do a bit better...

It's no different to me saying "women are arseholes" and then disingenuously trying to cover my arse by adding "but nowhere have I accused you of being such." You can bugger right off with that crap, Link.

And credit where credit's due Gerry. "The following comment was written by Link (somewhere in the blogosphere)."

Nah... Wrong again. It was exactly this kind of humiliating exposé I was trying to spare you from by leaving the comment anonymous. I felt that to name and shame you was just too cruel. I actually thought you would sigh with relief at remaining un-named.

But hey, I live and learn. Seems your masochism know no bounds... Well, I've just whupped your ass, Link, did you orgasm too?

And another thing... Correct me if I'm right, here, readers... But didn't those champions of women's rights, your cuddly, lovable neighborhood "feminsts", scream blue bloody murder until the "chauvenists" relented and allowed wimmin to paricipate in the gory side of warfare, namely, to particpate in the unholy butchery of "the enemy", namely, to "serve" as combat troops?

Yeah, Link.... You were saying?

I get a bit confused...

I blame the war...

How can you put Boudicca and Ann Coulter in the same sentence? Boudicca was a bloodthirsty old broad but she wasn't until she was betrayed by Rome in their version of globalization. I have no respect for the other women you mention either nor can I understand women who want to fight but then I don't understand men who want to fight.

As for the Yang energy, it almost describes a very nice Jacob's Creek sparkling red I had for my birthday last year and intend to indulge in this year.

JahTeh, I'll get to you in a minute, but I want to talk to Link a bit more first. Ok? Good.

Now, Link... Please don't misunderstand where I'm coming from here. Firstly, it may have escaped your notice, but I have added some very pertinent bits to the disclaimer at the top of this blog. Might be a good idea to read them before getting your knickers in an even bigger twist than they are now. Secondly, I consider you to be a very dear blogfriend, but I spare none. Friends least of all. I find that this way I end up with very few but very true friends (and the rest can go jump!) Thirdly, you should have known that my tolerance factor for Generalised Anti-male Disorder (GAmD) is zero and diminishing fast. Hence it might have been a good idea for you to have let this post slide by unchallenged. But hey, if you're up for a bit more sparring on this issue, I'll do my best to accommodate you, old chook. ;-)

Now, JahTeh, you still with us here? Oh good! I'm a bit of a dork, aren't I? The smart people probably don't even read this blog. Which must beg the question "WTF are you doin' here?" :-)

Boudicca... Yeah, ok, so she hadn't heard of Jesus yet and Buddhism had not made much of an impact on The Isles either, so maybe she is excused for not understanding the wisdom of pacifism. And as you say, there were the Romans, "civilising" her women friends all over the place (and quite a few of the dashing young men as well, I'm told.) It was bad times all round... OK, we'll let her off the hook... And besides, didn't those Roman bastards just beat us in the World Cup? Grrrrrr... OK, Boudy was a beaudy... ;-)

The Jacobs Creek sparkling red sounds interesting, pity they haven't invented a pressurised cellar pack for sparkling wines yet... Hmmmm...

No gerry, from the brief scan read I've done of your provocative little invective you have not whipped my ass but merely proved what an angry and frustrated old man you are. Get fucked. And dream on. My knickers are not in knot. You are wrong, again.

You might like to add offense freely given and most definitely usually taken.

Grow up dickhead.
And save your words I won't be back to read them. You've been angling for a fight for days. Hope you're satisfied with what you've achieved. It does seem to be your leading love.

That's twice you've quoted me in less than a week on your blog posts I am actually flattered. But I'd ask again if you are going to quote me verbatim, then please give me credit. I have no problem with what I've said, and definitely still stand by it.

Link said My knickers are not in knot

Yeah, right...

And save your words I won't be back to read them.

I get the feeling you didn't read them properly in the first place, Link. Pity.

But I'd ask again if you are going to quote me verbatim, then please give me credit.

Ok, if you insist. But in the light of your Accute Victim Complex (AVC) and the fact that it is not my intention to become an instrument in The Martyrdom Of Saint Link, I think it might be best if I just don't quote you at all. Let me know if and when you ever grow a skin thick enough to survive this big bad world.

Sorry to see this reaction, Link.

So let's see if I've got this right so far...

Due to my maleness, I get tarred with the "war, rape, violence" brush, and when I express the view that this might be a tad misandristic, she goes nuts.

Maybe it's not possible to be friends with such people...

Link, I know you will never read this (yeah, right), but whenever you're ready to apologise for your misandristic remark, I'm more than happy to apologise for my subsequent reaction. Your call...
