She wants to compete in The High, a 200k+ plus run across the Himalayas where last year all of the competitors bar one failed to complete and ended up in hospital? And they were all men?

mm, one woman, one story. So, let's see. 7 billion people on this planet.
Half of them are females. 3.5 billion. Quite a lot of them suffer the pangs of childbirth and subsequent consequences.

Dunno about you, but meself is in awe of all of 'em.
