Nothing in this blog can be believed. If you think that anything in this blog is true or factual, you'll need to verify it from another source. Do you understand? No? Then read it again, and repeat this process, until you understand that you cannot sue me for anything you read here. Also, having been sucked into taking part in the mass-murder of more than 3 million Vietnamese people on behalf of U.S. Big Business "interests", I'm as mad as a cut snake (and broke) so it might be a bit silly to try to sue me anyway...

Here are some Cindy Sheehan update links:

I previously featured Cindy Sheehan's campaign here:

And then there's this poem by Casey's sister:
A Nation Rocked to Sleep - Casey's Poem

By Carly Sheehan

Have you ever heard the sound of a mother screaming for her son?
The torrential rains of a mother's weeping will never be done
They call him a hero, you should be glad that he's one, but
Have you ever heard the sound of a mother screaming for her son?

Have you ever heard the sound of a father holding back his cries?
He must be brave because his boy died for another man's lies
The only grief he allows himself are long, deep sighs
Have you ever heard the sound of a father holding back his cries?

Have you ever heard the sound of taps played at your brother's grave?
They say that he died so that the flag will continue to wave
But I believe he died because they had oil to save
Have you ever heard the sound of taps played at your brother's grave?

Have you ever heard the sound of a nation being rocked to sleep?
The leaders want to keep you numb so the pain won't be so deep
But if we the people let them continue another mother will weep
Have you ever heard the sound of a nation being rocked to sleep?
(Poem sourced from here.)

Perhaps you haven't heard down-under: Ms. Sheehan already met with President Bush last year and thanked him for his leadership. The MSP (main stream press) leaves out that fact. Now, as a patsy for the liberals, she's just trying to embarrass the President.

So, Oh Nameless One, if one changes one's point of view or political stance, one is therefore a "patsy for the liberals"?

I see...

So in your mind's eye there are only two ways of thinking: Right wing bigot or liberal patsy. Have I got that right?

But I'm still confused, Oh Nameless One... We leftie heathen pinko bastards see the MSP as being the bastion of the rabidly religious redneck right, so why would they overlook the opportunity to try to discredit Sheehan?

I guess I'll never fathom the intricacies of American "thinking"...
