I particularly enjoyed Ember Swift, Alistair Hulett (in paricular the songs from the album "Red Clydeside") and a band which originated in the Blue Mountains, Method.
The keyboard is mightier than the machine gun... The political, philosophical and general outpourings of a troubled soul living in Australia and blogging his Vietnam veteran's head off.
Nothing in this blog can be believed. If you think that anything in this blog is true or factual, you'll need to verify it from another source. Do you understand? No? Then read it again, and repeat this process, until you understand that you cannot sue me for anything you read here. Also, having been sucked into taking part in the mass-murder of more than 3 million Vietnamese people on behalf of U.S. Big Business "interests", I'm as mad as a cut snake (and broke) so it might be a bit silly to try to sue me anyway...

Ron, I think the only way to do the festival is to go the whole hog and get an early-bird ticket for the whole festival. I forget what they cost but I think it was around $95 but you had to book weeks in advance. It's not worth it for just one or two gigs. I'm afraid it's geared towards hard-core addicts. Although I don't understand why they can't have a per-gig ticket price as well.
"Knowledge gaps"? I provided links to the artists' websites, what more do you want? You want me to come around and hum the tunes for you I suppose... :-)
Ok, no sweat. :-)
