What's NATO Ever Done?
This is the intro to an article in Counterpunch magazine by John LaForge: "Wondering why anyone would confront NATO’s summit in Chicago this month? A look at some of its more well-known crimes might spark some indignation.
Desecration of corpses, indiscriminate attacks, bombing of allied troops, torture of prisoners and unaccountable drone war are a few of NATO’s outrages in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Libya, Yemen and elsewhere."

There has been a lot of Unscrupulous activity by NATO forces in the past sixty odd years,some of which I may have in a lesser role been party to.
However, it would be prudent on my part not to disclose anything that may still be considered secret in some form or other.
Balderdash, Vesty.
Nothing you were ever likely to have been involved in would still be bound by anything longer than the 30-year rule on official secrets in The Pommie White Supremacist, Monarchist, Neo-feudalist Empire.

Back in 1956 Nov 4 I believe. the Suez fiasco performed by the Brits and French.
I was the person in charge of the twin 4" (90mm) Gun Mounting,On HMS Ceylon. ordered to destroy the oil installations on shore at Suez. Every thing was burning lots of smoke, and through the binoculars could see fire crews attending the blaze totally out of control, for good measure a few more rounds were fired, must have wiped out the fire crew, I was told "well done". A few Daddies died that day.
I suppose they were only Nasserites.

Date 21/4/52. At twelve noon flags were hoisted from fore to aft in dress overall. The Signal flying from the yardarm Indicated, "With the compliments of her majesty the Queen on her twenty sixth Birthday"
Eight bells were rung, then a Gun turret fired a twenty one gun salute of 50 Kilo or 1 cwt high explosive shells into what seemed to most as a peaceful North Korean Fishing village. I personally believe boredom and the fact that most of the ships crew were sufferring from dysentary gave rise to Captain ordering this fiasco. Later in the afternoon that same day a further bombardment lasting about ten minutes or so flattened the whole area which supposedly had some minor military importance, I can only guess that most of the population of the fishing port were killed that day. all because someone so to speak 'Had the Shits' But not to worry, they were only 'Gooks'.
